Please read our Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking, your enquiry submission will indicate that you have read, understood and accept these terms.
A non refundable deposit of £150 is payable to confirm your chosen accommodation providing that the booking is made more than 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, if the booking is less than 10 weeks away the full amount becomes payable upon booking. A confirmation invoice will be emailed to you upon receipt of your deposit payment.
Your remaining balance is then due no later than 10 weeks prior to your arrival date, if you fail to make your balance payment by this date we reserve the right to cancel your booking with immediate effect and retain your booking deposit providing that we have attempted to contact you via email, text or voicemail.
If you cancel a booking in writing more than 10 weeks before your arrival a cancellation fee representing the full deposit is charged. If your cancellation occurs 6 to 10 weeks prior to your arrival date a cancellation fee representing 50% of the total booking will be levied. However if you cancel a booking less than 6 weeks before your arrival date the full price of your booking will be forfeited.
You are strongly advised to obtain adequate independant travel insurance to cover any cancellation losses.
Please note that a REFUNDABLE damages bond of £75 against loss or damage is payable with your final balance payment, this will be returned within 7 working days of your departure, less any deductions for damage, breakages or missing items however caused.
The hirer is responsible for the accommodation during their stay and undertakes to keep it clean & tidy and to pay for any breakages, damage or loss they or any member of their party has caused. On no account are the permitted numbers of persons for any of our accommodation to exceed a maximum of 6 in the 2 bedroom caravans and 8 in the 3 bedroom caravans.
The owner of the property and/or his agent reserve the right to enter the accommodation at any reasonable time to carry out essential repairs but major work will not be undertaken during any occupation of the property unless in case of emergency or at the request of the occupier. Please do not contact external agencies to perform repairs without the express permission of Citcoms Holidays.
Citcoms Holidays cannot undertake any liability for loss, damage, injury or accident to the hirer or any member of the hirer’s party however caused whilst in the occupation of our accommodation or the building or Park complex and its grounds, nor can we accept any responsibility or liability for guests cars parked in our car parking bays or on site. You are strongly advised to obtain adequate independent travel insurance to cover any such occurrence.
If due to unforeseen circumstances a property becomes suddenly unavailable for the date hired, all efforts will be made by Citcoms Holidays to offer suitable alternative accommodation subject to the latest availability within the company group however if this is not possible all monies paid by the hirer will be refunded without any deductions whatsoever but Citcoms Holidays will not incur any further liability of any kind. Under no circumstances will Citcoms Holidays be liable to refund any amount exceeding the total amount paid by the hirer.
In compliance with the 2007 smoking legislation we now operate a strict no smoking policy in all of our accommodation and unfortunately we are not permitted to accept pets of any kind in the Plymouth apartment but we can accept well behaved dogs in our two bedroom static caravans for an additional fee upon request.
Keys are available from 4.00PM on your arrival day, please indicate at the time of booking the approximate time you expect to arrive at your accommodation.
ALL ACCOMMODATION MUST BE VACATED BY 10.00AM ON YOUR DAY OF DEPARTURE Failure to vacate by this time will be reported to the management and a day rate charge could be deducted from your damages bond.
COVID 19 STATEMENT UPDATE
DUE TO THE UNPRECIDENTED LEVEL OF CANCELLATION REQUESTS FACED BY MY SMALL BUSINESS OVER COVID 19 I AM ONLY ABLE TO PROCESS REFUNDS FOR ANY HOLIDAY BALANCES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN ADVANCE OF YOUR STAY.
UNFORTUNATELY DEPOSIT PAYMENTS REMAIN NON REFUNDABLE AND YOU ARE ADVISED TO MAKE A CLAIM AGAINST YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE AS ADVISED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
YOU WILL HOWEVER BE OFFERED THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE YOUR £150 PER WEEK NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO POSTPONE YOUR BOOKING TO A DATE WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND PRICE DIFFERENCE.
